Veni Etiam Photography is a travel photography and home decor brand created, owned and managed by Kristina Kasparian in Montreal, Canada. The company also operates under “Veni Etiam Photographie” in the province of Quebec, Canada. Together with our printing partners and manufacturers, we print artwork, accessories and design objects using original photography by owner Kristina Kasparian. Mediums include paper, canvas, acrylic (plexiglass), metal (aluminum), wood, and textile. Part of our collection is in stock and available to ship immediately, whereas another part of our collection is printed exclusively on demand. We ship worldwide from Montreal, Canada (unless otherwise specified). We offer wholesale services to retailers. Any new products or services offered in the future by Veni Etiam Photography are subject to these Terms of Use.
Printing variations and color differences
A minor degree of variability is reasonable and expected when printing a digital image on different materials. Variations may occur across orders and across finishes, as well as from monitors to printed products, in terms of (but not limited to) variations in color, cropping, trimming, mounting, finishing. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any color will be accurate. These variations are minimal and within the range of the product preview provided to the customer before purchase. Veni Etiam Photography offers high quality products and customer service, working hard to minimize discrepancies with each order. Each physical product is thoroughly inspected for any unacceptable variability or defects prior to packaging and shipping.
Payment and purchase terms
An order is only complete for processing and shipping if it has been paid in full at the time in which the order was placed online. Failed or fraudulent payments will result in a cancellation of the order. Physical products are subject to shipping fees, unless otherwise specified (i.e., free shipping or free local pickup). Canadian federal and Quebec provincial tax rates (GST + QST) are automatically applied on each transaction in applicable territories only. Discounts and promotions are at the sole discretion of Veni Etiam Photography in terms of their frequency, duration, amount and eligible transactions.
Refund and cancellation policy
As products are printed on-demand, orders are not refundable. Cancellations and exchanges are not accepted. Products with unreasonable imperfections or defects are replaced, repaired or refunded. Please see below for instructions regarding imperfect or defective items. If you purchased a Veni Etiam Photography product at a retailer, the transaction is subject to the terms and policies of the specific retailer. Please contact them directly for any questions, returns or exchanges.
Imperfect or defective items
Although Veni Etiam Photography carefully inspects each item before packaging and shipping, imperfections in materials, printing, trimming or mounting could occasionally occur. Please report any defects within 7 days of having received your order by submitting clear photos of the issue to [email protected]. We aim to respond within 24 hours of receiving your e-mail.
Shipping, customs and duties
Veni Etiam Photography ships worldwide with Canada Post, USPS, EMS and other carriers depending on the destination. Tracking numbers are provided for almost all orders.
Production times are typically 10-14 days but could ship faster (e.g., within 1 to 3 days). In the event there is a production delay with the item your ordered, you will be contacted as soon as possible with a new estimated ship date. Production times may increase during peak seasons and holiday periods. If you are in a rush and/or you are uncertain about shipping details for a particular item and destination, please contact [email protected] before confirming your order. If your parcel is delayed due to postal strikes, weather, customs or other factors out of our control, Veni Etiam Photography does its utmost to investigate the delays and expedite delivery. However, you acknowledge and agree that such situations are beyond the control and responsibility of Veni Etiam Photography.
Shipping rates include packaging materials, labor and postage paid, but not any additional fees such as duties and taxes that may be charged according to the laws of your country of residence. Veni Etiam Photography is not responsible for prior notification and/or refund of additional fees incurred upon the release of your parcel from customs or upon delivery. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the local postal service or carrier to confirm regulations and procedures pertaining to customs, import taxes and duties specific to that country of residence.
If your parcel gets returned to Veni Etiam Photography because you did not recuperate it from the post office or release it from customs within the allotted time frame, additional shipping costs will apply to send it back to you. As items are shipping with tracking information, it is the responsibility of the customer to monitor the parcel’s whereabouts and to contact Veni Etiam Photography with any questions or concerns.
Veni Etiam Photography is not responsible for erroneously entered or outdated personal information (such as mailing address, payment information, contact information) which could delay or impede the completion and delivery of your order. Veni Etiam Photography is not responsible for replacing an item that has shipped to an outdated or incorrect address provided by the customer.
Unless otherwise specified, all orders are shipped out from Montreal, Canada.

This includes sharing event photographs taken by Veni Etiam Photography without expressed permission or attribution.
Any theft (unauthorized appropriation, reproduction, distribution) and non-compliance with these terms will be legally pursued and prosecuted.
We encourage customers to share their own photographs, posts and reviews of their purchases on social media, Etsy.com or directly with us by tagging Veni Etiam Photography and/or using the hashtag #MyVeniEtiam.
